Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event for a full refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.

Liability and Damages

  • You are responsible for any damages or loss of rental items during the rental period.
  • We are not liable for any injuries or accidents during the use of our rental items.

Usage

  • Rental items must be used in accordance with their intended purpose.
  • Any misuse of rental items may result in additional charges.
